Central Jersey Program - Overview

Our more experienced wrestlers in grades 1-6 form two teams to compete in the Central Jersey Midget Wrestling League (CJMWL).  The league is divided into two flights based on overall team strength from the previous season.  Our A-Flight team wrestles nine other A-Flight teams - Berkeley Heights, Cranford, Flemington, Franklin, Hillsborough, Kenilworth, South Plainfield, Watchung Hills, and Westfield.  Likewise, our B-Flight team wrestles ten other B-Flight teams - Basking Ridge, Clark, East Brunswick, Middlesex, New Providence, North Plainfield/Plainfield, Roselle Park, Scotch Plains, Summit, and Union.  Opportunities are also scheduled to wrestle some of the teams in the opposite flight.  Each flight conducts their own end-of-season tournament.  Placefinishers in the B-Flight tournament advance to compete in the A-Flight tournament.
